Return Policy

You can return any item purchased on fiordo51.com by writing to help.fiordo51@outlook.it within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the order.

It is possible to return it by courier, following the instructions below, or by delivering the package to one of our Fiordo51 stores.

If you choose to return to the store, the return will be processed as usual by the competent office, it is not possible to receive refunds, credits or vouchers from the point of sale.

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them.

  • They must not be damaged, have been worn or washed, or have any odors

  • They must present unaltered all the tags they possessed at the time of delivery (the shoe box is considered an integral part of the product).

  • They must be complete with all accessories

  • The package must contain the receipt

  • In the case of underwear or swimwear, the hygienic protection must not be removed

You can return your return in the original box or in another similar packaging, making sure that the item is stored and folded with care.

  • Fiordo'51 reserves the right to request product images to be returned to customers

If you want a return because a damaged or wrong item has arrived:
Write within 72 hours of receiving the package to help.fiordo51@outlook.it to communicate your will regarding the return.

Our Customer Service will process your request and will provide you with the VIRTUAL CODE by e-mail and within 5 working days of your request.

  • Print and apply the label created on the packaging, in such a way as to allow the collection of the package, organized by us.

  • Upon receipt of the package, after verifying the integrity of the items we will proceed with the refund.

From the moment we receive the goods we reserve 14 working days before the refund is made, which will take place through the same payment method with which the order was placed.

  • Please send an email to help.fiordo51@outlook.it indicating all the data necessary to proceed with the refund

  • Credit card crediting times do not depend on Fiordo51 and vary from circuit to circuit.


The full amount of the goods will be refunded excluding shipping costs for delivery and any duties.

* If the return is sent back using a different courier, all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

If one or more of the conditions listed above are not respected, the right of withdrawal will lapse, the package will be returned to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.

We are not responsible if the model returned or collected by us will be sold out in the meantime.

If you want a return because you have purchased the wrong size or the product is not to your liking:

Write within 72 hours of receiving the package to help.fiordo51@outlook.it to communicate your will regarding the return.

  • Arrange the shipment to Fiordo51 Snc, via Roma n. 26 - 45014 Porto Viro (RO).

  • From the return authorization, the package must arrive at our office within 10 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the customer.
