METHOD OF SHIPPING, COSTS AND DURATION OF DELIVERY

Shipments are made by DHL courier.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT + 1, except for public holidays recognized in Italy. The goods will be ready for shipment only after receipt of payment.
All fiordo51.com shipments are insured against theft or damage. If you receive a visibly damaged package, we ask you not to collect it and leave it to the courier.
Once the delivery has been collected personally and the receipt of the package has been confirmed by signature, the insurance coverage expires.
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times vary according to the shipping country.Customers residing in countries outside the European Community are exempt from VAT. Countries that are part of the European Community: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal , Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

If you reside in Italy, you can choose to collect your order free of charge at one of our Fiordo51 stores, you will be notified by email when the package is ready to be collected. Upon delivery, the store manager will ask for your order number, name and surname.

TRACEABILITY
After the shipment of the order, fiordo51.com informs the customers by e-mail. You will then receive an email directly from the courier with the tracking number in order to monitor the status of the shipment.
